Outstanding Attorney – Do yourself a favor and hire Mr. Watkins

I was very fortunate to find Will Watkins and to have him agree to represent me in my recent litigious divorce. Not only is Mr. Watkins knowledgeable and courteous, he also defended my interests with the ferocity and determination that you would expect from a family member. Having narrowly averted a financial catastrophe with a previous attorney, I cannot stress enough that you would do yourself a favor to stop reading this review and hire Mr. Watkins immediately before he is too busy to take any more cases. If you choose to continue reading, I will give you a few details about my case and my experience with Mr. Watkins in the paragraphs below that I hope will give you an idea of the caliber of attorney that he is.

Although my ex-wife, who is well-educated and has extensive work experience, and I had a short-term marriage with no children nor real property, she requested spousal support in excess of 50 percent of my salary.

Great, Professional, Reliable Attorney Representation!!!

Mr. William Watkins was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in breaking down options for my case. He listened to my complaints about my previous attorneys and was able to figure out immediately where they went wrong with my case. Mr. Watkins made a stressful process seamless; always keeping me in the loop with the status of my case. I used Mr. Watkins’ services for amendments to my child custody and child support. He was able to get me FULL Sole Legal and Physical Custody of my son. – Something of which is extremely difficult to get granted when you have and opposing parent.The last time I filed for court was in 2006. I was long overdue on making adjustments to my court docs, but dreaded the process and worried the other parent would come out with a win like the previous times. Luckily I finally found service from an attorney who genuinely cares for the well-being of my family. Wonderful Trust Lawyer

Will is an amazing trust attorney. I had heard friends speak about getting trusts before and my eyes glazed over as I had no idea what they were talking about. But on the advice of a friend, I gave Will a call and he was willing to sit down with me for no cost and go over the basics in PLAIN ENGLISH about the benefits of wills and trusts. He even agreed to have a second conference with my husband at no additional cost.

After discussing with my husband we both agreed he was extremely intelligent and sharp and we completely trusted him. In a few weeks, we had everything that was promised and that was three years ago. To this day, he still interviews us (again at no cost) once a year to see if anything has changed that might require us to revise or tweak our trust. I cannot say enough about how secure I feel knowing Will is there to help. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Exceptional Child Support Attorney

Will was a great attorney who helped me avoid overpaying the County over $20,000 in “arrears” even though my son lived with me full-time. Will basically helped me prove without a shadow of a doubt that my son’s mother engaged in welfare fraud in order to get benefits even though she wasn’t even raising our son. He was also able to reverse a garnishment that was occurring at my job and through it all he was always patient and willing to listen to me, even when I just wanted to vent. All in all, I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Best Attorney to Handle / Clean up your DRAMA!!!

Mr. William Watkins represented me with my child custody/child support case. I needed to modify my child support based on my REAL custodial time. Prior to hiring Mr. Watkins, I had tried for several years to modify child support on my own, but I had no success. I even worked with two other attorneys but they never got it done, which discouraged me from having to spend any more money on attorneys. Luckily, a friend of mine mentioned the Cannon Legal Group who represented her case, and so I decided to give this one more shot, hoping that the third try would be a charm. And it was! From the beginning Mr. Watkins was extremely informative on my options and pointed out where my other attorneys went wrong. He always kept me in the loop with my case. In the end, I received sole custody and appropriate child support based on my custody, with a $200 EXTRA monthly child support. I am so pleased that I no longer have to stress over my case. I must mention that Cannon Legal Groups attorney fees were very reasonable (compared to others I have hired and shopped around for) and worth every penny!

Brilliant estate attorney

After spending nearly $4,000 to have a “standard” trust package, upon the advice of a friend, I called Will when I needed several amendments done to my trust. Not only was Will straightforward, he explained things in way more detail than the prior attorney I’d utilized. Additionally, he did not charge nearly as much for my amendments and he even pointed out some additional things for me to utilize that I had never considered but were very useful. All in all, I can’t recommend Will highly enough. His integrity is second to none (and for attorneys, that’s saying something)
